To use rub-ons, remove from the pack and cut the required motif from the sheet. Allow them to acclimatise before use (even better, warm them by putting them in your pocket or inside your top for a few minutes!) Use the stick provided or the back of a teaspoon to rub the acetate until it goes clear, indicating that the motif has detached itself from the sheet.
