Orders received after 5pm are deemed to have been received the following morning. Orders received after 5pm on Friday are deemed to have been received the following Monday morning. As an example, if the despatch time is shown as 'within 2-3 working days' and you order before 5pm on a Tuesday, we would expect your order to be sent out on Thursday or Friday. If the despatch time is shown as 'within 1 working day' and you order before 5pm on Thursday, we would expect your order to be sent out the same day or on Friday at the latest.
